System-Level Integration

Rather than focusing solely on individual components, we consider the requirements of the overall system to develop optimized composite solutions. Our capabilities span system design, component manufacturing, assembly, verification, and evaluation, enabling us to provide integrated support throughout the development process.

Mechanical and Functional Integration

Our experience includes the development and integration of drive mechanisms, alignment mechanisms, actuators, cable-management systems, and specially designed electrical components such as flexible printed circuits (FPCs). This allows composite structures to be developed in consideration of the mechanical and functional systems around them.

Multi-Material Structures

We combine CFRP with metals and other advanced materials where required by the application. Our experience includes foam-core CFRP structures and hybrid solutions designed to achieve demanding requirements such as low weight, high rigidity, and low thermal expansion.
