    Industrial Machinery

    We provide integrated design, engineering, manufacturing, and evaluation for advanced CFRP components used in industrial machinery. Our capabilities range from large, high-precision structural components for IoT manufacturing equipment to micron-precision CFRP parts for semiconductor manufacturing systems. One representative project involved the manufacture of a 3-meter-long CFRP precision structural component for IoT manufacturing equipment requiring both high dimensional accuracy and low thermal expansion. The component was produced using our in-house large autoclave, measuring 3.5 meters in diameter and 6 meters in length, and our large machining center, with a 3.5-meter gate width and 6-meter table length. By combining advanced manufacturing equipment with proprietary processing expertise, we produce large CFRP components that meet demanding requirements for dimensional accuracy and thermal stability.

    Since obtaining JIS Q 9100 certification in 2006, we have supported the aerospace industry through the design, engineering, manufacturing, and assembly of composite structures. Our experience includes mass production of aircraft wing components, structural components for satellites such as Hayabusa2, satellite solar panels, and adhesive assembly of satellite structures. With dedicated cleanroom facilities and rigorous quality control, we support projects from development through production.

    Electromagnetic Wave Application Equipment

    We manufacture GFRP radomes and electromagnetic structures for ground-based, aerospace, automotive, and marine applications. By combining advanced electromagnetic simulation with structural analysis, we optimize both RF performance and structural integrity, enabling lightweight products with excellent electromagnetic wave transmission characteristics.

    Automobiles

    We manufacture lightweight CFRP automotive components ranging from prototypes and low-volume production to mass production. We provide integrated support covering mold design, composite molding, machining, and painting. We also develop customized resin formulations, including weather-resistant materials that improve long-term durability and appearance under UV exposure.

    Drones

    We develop lightweight CFRP drone airframes using proprietary monocoque structures and in-house developed epoxy foam cores. From laminate design and structural analysis to molding, machining, and finishing, we provide end-to-end manufacturing support that enables larger, lighter, and more durable drone structures.

  • Electronics

    Electronics

    We manufacture high-performance CFRP enclosures for electronic devices requiring lightweight construction, fire resistance, and heat resistance. Using rapid-curing resins and automated molding technologies developed in-house, we have achieved production capacities of approximately 10,000 laptop computer cases per production line per month. In addition, we manufacture lightweight composite enclosures utilizing proprietary epoxy foam technologies.

    Art

    For more than 60 years, we have combined traditional craftsmanship with advanced composite manufacturing to create large-scale architectural and artistic structures. Representative projects include the iconic Face of the Sun on the Tower of the Sun at the 1970 Osaka Expo, as well as custom structures for world-renowned theme parks. By leveraging the lightweight, high-strength, durable, and free-form characteristics of FRP composites, we help bring ambitious creative designs to life.

    Medical and Nursing Care Devices

    We manufacture CFRP components for medical imaging equipment, including CT scanner tabletops and mammography support tables. To maximize X-ray transmission accuracy, we minimize deflection under load through optimized laminate design, carbon fiber selection, and precision manufacturing in dedicated cleanroom environments.
