Our Design Technology Department combines structural engineering, materials engineering, and electromagnetic analysis to develop high-performance CFRP and GFRP solutions. From material selection and structural design to simulation and tooling development, we support every stage of product development.

  • Analysis Technology

    Engineering Analysis

    Our analysis capabilities enable us to evaluate and optimize product performance before manufacturing begins, reducing development risk and improving design efficiency.

    Structural Analysis
    Using finite element analysis (FEA), we evaluate laminate configurations, part segmentation, and joining methods to verify structural integrity and environmental performance.
    Electromagnetic Field Analysis
    Using advanced 3D electromagnetic analysis software, we evaluate and optimize the electromagnetic performance of composite structures by analyzing material combinations and laminate configurations.

    Design Technology

    We combine material selection, structural design, and tooling design to develop CFRP and GFRP products optimized for performance and manufacturability.

    Material Selection and Structural Design
    We select the optimal combination of reinforcing fibers and matrix resins to meet specific performance requirements. By optimizing laminate layup and fiber orientation, we design lightweight composite structures that maximize strength, stiffness, and manufacturability.
    Mold & Tooling Design
    We design and manufacture precision molds, jigs, and tooling to support efficient, high-quality composite production. By accounting for factors such as thermal expansion, mold deflection, and manufacturability, we ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent product quality.
