As part of the Research and Development Division, our Design Technology Department combines composite structural design and analysis technologies with electromagnetic wave design and analysis technologies to propose CFRP and GFRP solutions that cannot be copied by other companies.

    Analysis Technology

    We combine our composite structural analysis technologies accumulated over the years with the latest electromagnetic field analysis technologies. With all of the necessary human resources and equipment in place, we propose optimized CFRP and GFRP solutions that cannot be copied by other companies

    Core Technologies

    Structural Analysis
    We apply structural analysis to verify whether the layer structure, division method, and connection method designed by finite element analysis software satisfy the required environmental-resistance performance.
    Electromagnetic Field Analysis
    Our engineers with more than 35 years of experience in design and development solve every problem related to electromagnetic wave design. We apply high-frequency 3D electromagnetic analysis software to enable electromagnetic analysis and optimization of the selected material combinations (layer structure).

    Design Technology

    We propose optimized solutions tailored to our customers’ requirements by applying advanced design technologies that seamlessly merge the design of materials, structures, and molds for CFRP and GFRP.

    Core Technologies

    Material Selection and Structural Design
    We design optimized FRP structural members by selecting the material combinations that most closely match our customers’ requirements from among the countless reinforcing fibers and matrix resins, and by designing a fiber orientation that transfers loads in an optimized manner.
    Mold and Jig Design
    In order to transform design into form, and to help realize high-quality products, we design and manufacture optimized molds that take thermal expansion, deformation under the weight of the mold, and the ease of molding into consideration, and design and manufacture optimized jigs and tools to satisfy the tolerance requirements.
